A U.S. Air Force and Afghanistan veteran with a background in emergency management, communications, and mission-focused operations.

During his Air Force career, Brad spent six years in Emergency Management before transitioning into communications and network operations. His experience in emergency preparedness, contingency planning, disaster response, risk management, communications, and mission-critical technology gave him a strong foundation in safety, planning, problem-solving, and operating in challenging environments.

As Director of Flight Operations, Brad oversees the safe and efficient execution of Recon Aerometrics’ aerial operations, construction progress monitoring, inspections, assessments, and other aerial data collection. He is committed to providing accurate, actionable information while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Brad also believes in using Recon Aerometrics’ capabilities to support volunteer and charitable efforts when aerial technology can make a meaningful difference in the community.

Brad brings the same principles that shaped his military career—safety, preparation, reliability, and mission success—to every operation.

Coreen MacDonald

co-founder | Director of Business Operations & Strategy

A U.S. Army veteran with more than 20 years of military service and a professional background in finance, business operations, project management, and technology.

Throughout her military career, Coreen has served in both enlisted and officer roles, including deployments in support of operations in the Middle East. Her military and civilian careers have given her extensive experience leading complex projects, managing resources, solving problems, and bringing people and technology together to accomplish the mission.

As Managing Member, Coreen leads Recon Aerometrics’ business operations, strategy, client relationships, contracting, and project management.

Coreen brings the same principles that have guided her military and professional careers; integrity, accountability, service, and reliability to the Recon Aerometrics vision.
